In keeping with this weekend’s wiki theme, a new concept was recently launched, Traduwiki ’s mission is “to use the power of the wiki collaborative tool to translate the most interesting documents accessible under an open source license”. Like the last time I talked about a good looking wiki, I can’t initially find what it’s built on but it does look great, not wikiish at all. I hope this catches on, there’s a definite need for translated versions of important online materials.

  1. Am I the only one to find the inclusion of the word “wiki” in all things wiki unfortunate?

  2. It’s unfortunate because repetitive and boring but maybe it’s good in terms of getting people to know what it is and participate?? They’ll have to stop that at some point though, that’s for sure.
