Marc at Tungle has a list of five advantages of building a web 2.0 company in Canada. I can’t seem to find the post but Fred Oliveira at Webreakstuff had a very similar list last year for Portugal with a point about being able to do actual work, not being drawn in party after conference after party after conference, kind of like Marc’s point 3 about the deafening noise of startups in SF.
