I was hoping Apple would have some kind of flash RAM gadget in the new Macbook Pros that would allow users to work “harddriveless” and save loads of battery power. Nope. Then I was hoping the next revision might and it’s looking better since Samsung, one of the largest supplier of such things for Apple has just come out with flash based laptops. Only available in Korea but a goot proof of concept for, I hope, future Macbooks and/or smaller devices.
