I was looking forward to Van Helsing. Vampires, Hugh Jackman, Kate Beckinsale, seemed it had potential. After seeing the trailer though I’m expecting it to be so-so at best. It looks like a mix between an Underworld prequel and LXG. Might be entertaining for the visuals but that’s about it.
Johnny Depp (holy shit he’s 40!!) on the other hand might have another hit on his hands with Secret Window. It looks like an average cookie cutter King thriller but with Depp playing the main character and John Turturro has the baddy it has the potential to be something way better.
