I’m not sure I’ll be following it because, well, I don’t cook much but I know I’ve got a couple of cooks amongst my readers so go and check out tastingmenu. Oh and, next time I mention to someone the great burgers I had in Vegas at that place who’s name I always forget and where I stood in line with The Strokes ? This would be the place, In-N-Out Burgers.

I also enjoy In-N-Out Burgers whenever I go to California. I love that their menu is so simple: hamburger, cheeseburger and double-double.
I once spent three weeks in Vegas and almost every day I tried to go to In-N-Out Burger but something always conspired against me. So I feel like something is missing from my life.
Not only is their menu really simple, apparently they make their meat patties fresh, on the premises, every day, using local beef. (Most burger joints use frozen patties from centralized factories.)
Mmmmmm. In-N-Out burrrrrgerrrr…
I’ve been dying to go to In n’ Out ever since they were singled out by the book “Fast Food Nation” as an example for other burger chains to follow. Besides, I loovvves me some cheeseburgers. Are there any in Canada yet? I think the closest to In n’ Out in Canada would be Triple O’s in Vancouver: big thick burgers, fresh cut fries and shakes. Tasty!
Is it lunch yet?
