Librivox Turns One

It’s already been a year since Hugh founded Librivox and what a year it’s been;

LibriVox has come a long way since August 10, 2005 when some friends and strangers got together to record an audio version of Joseph Conrad’s “The Secret Agent.” Since then, LibriVox has welcomed 1912 people to our forums, cataloged 262 completed works in nine languages, and has more than one hundred more recording projects underway.

It’s a great project that, as you can see in his post, has garnered a good deal of coverage and grown by leaps and bounds. Congrats to all involved and congrats times two to Hugh. Good going man.
